The Brazilian Government announced today that tourists (citizens of) coming from the United States, Canada, Japan & Australia will no longer need a visa to enter the country! This is very good news and the Travel Industry has been awaiting anxiously for this!
According to “O Globo” article, tourists from these countries will be allowed a 90 day stay, that can be extended for equal period, as long as it does not exceed 180 days in one year!
Brazil has been studying this issue for some years now, and the government makes a right decision that will potentially enable the visit of a huge number of tourists, which will for sure generate more investments and jobs!
Schengen tourists don’t need a Visa to enter Brazil!
